70 Stanley Street’s new look brings it up to par with its newer and renovated neighbours.
Hauraki refreshed the building’s tired looking façade, added floor area to increase rental return and extended the building‘s use by adding a contemporary showroom street frontage.
Accessibility services, fire and emergency systems were upgraded to current standards along with general seismic strengthening. The lobby received an extension and a facelift, and mezzanine levels were added to increase rentable floor space. The project was completed with street front and building entry landscaping.
