Freemasons purchased this run-down untenanted building as an investment and to house their financial and administration arm. Hauraki was employed to analyse the existing building before purchase. Hauraki then re-designed the exterior and interior to attract tenants and provide a quality, long-lasting upgrade. All windows and glazing were replaced. The floors were stripped back to the concrete frame and new toilets, ceilings and air conditioning systems were installed. A new entry lobby, with new lift was also designed. The building was successfully tenanted soon after the upgrade was completed. Auckland, 2009
