Hauraki’s brief for Ricoh’s new Wellington premises was to design a new building that would accommodate growth, (generated by Ricoh’s growing market share) and provide an open, flexible workplace, linked to visually striking, yet functional client areas.
This had to be achieved within a tight budget, and utilise local materials and products. Wellington, 1999
